Are you a Property PR mastermind?  We’re looking for an SAD/AsD level PR for a part time mat cover at an SE1 based independent agency.


Level: Associate Director/Senior Account Director 

Type: Part time/ Mat Cover Contract (three days per week)

Location: London based 

Working style: Hybrid working (two/three days office)

Agency: Independent agency  


The brief

Our client seeks a 12-month maternity cover to oversee consumer and B2B property clients, leading on strategy and directing a team of four.  This pivotal role has so much variety, overseeing multi-channel PR, social media and events.  The lead client is a marque residential property business and an account that everyone in the business wants to work on!  The role will see you at the helm this long-standing client with a great team to support, along with one other newly won account.   Reporting directly to the managing director you’ll be on hand to provide senior client counsel, strategic thinking, organic growth and involved in pitching.


There is potential for this to be a longer term role.

A snapshot of the role:

  • This role will oversee two accounts, one is a leading residential property developer, the other is a new B2B and B2C property client 
  • This is a part time position for about three days per week
  • Thursday is a key day to be in the office
  • You will place an integral role in the Leadership team
  • Provide strategic direction for across all accounts
  • Upskill team
  • Work as part of a wider integrated agency group
  • Ability to lead new business pitches and proposal development
  • Line manage individuals
  • Get stuck in when required


Ideal experience required:

  • Proven skills in new business pitching and proposal development
  • Experience in issues management
  • Property industry knowledge (preferably residential)
  • Leadership skills
  • Strategic thinker 
  • Commercially minded and can ensure profitability, seek out opportunities and drive successful campaigns
